1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Perishable food items unless proven defective.
  • Orders returned without prior approval.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, contact us at info@retofyglobal.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide order details, product images, and issue description.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
